Cancellation Policy

Please note that any deposit made is to secure your date and time of appointment. All deposits are non-refundable nor non-transferable. However, I will allow one rescheduled appointment before a new deposit is required . Effective January 2020 Rebooking on-site with no deposit is a courtesy for loyal clients. If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling, the deposit amount of $25 to applicable fees will be charged to your card. You are required to reschedule one week beyond the original appointment date, otherwise, you will be charged $25. Late fees will apply for late or missed appointments. Late arrivals will be charged $10 every 10 mins. You will be Rescheduled at 15 mins late and 50% of service will have been be charged to your card at that time. 50% for same-day cancellations 3 hours before start time and 100% for no shows and cancellations after the 3 hours grace period. ***Any debit or credit card transactions will be charged an 3.5% convenience fee, Absolutely no exceptions
